Kerry has spent her career earning people’s trust first as an award-winning broadcast journalist in Washington, D.C., and for more than two decades as one of the nation’s leading real estate professionals. A full-time Realtor since 2002, she has closed more than $500 million in transactions, consistently ranked among the top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide, and earned recognition as an NVAR Lifetime Top Producer. Based at Compass in Old Town Alexandria, Kerry represents clients throughout Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Delaware, with experience spanning luxury estates, condominiums, vacation homes, new construction, investment and commercial properties, land, and co-ops. Before entering real estate, Kerry spent eleven years in broadcast journalism, receiving numerous honors—including an Emmy, an Associated Press Award, and an Edward R. Murrow Award. That background continues to shape the way she works today: listening carefully, asking the right questions, communicating clearly, and helping people navigate consequential decisions with confidence. A lifelong resident of the Washington metropolitan area, Kerry now lives in the City of Alexandria with her husband, twin daughters, and rescue dog. Beyond her work with clients, she remains deeply committed to the community, supporting local charities, sponsoring civic organizations, and serving on several boards.
