His entrepreneurial career began at the age of 21 with Jason Jimenez Insurance Agency Inc., now known as IMD Insurance & Financial Services LLC. IMD provides property and casualty insurance, commercial coverage, workers’ compensation, bonds, and structured products. As an Independent Marketing Organization, it also provides life insurance agents and agencies across several states with access to contracts from leading carriers.

Jason is Chairman of Redstone Business Holdings LLC and JJ Innovation Holdings LLC, as well as Founder and Chairman of Redstone Business Consulting Group LLC. Through Redstone, he supports companies seeking capital, business development, growth strategies, change management, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

He is also Co-founder and COO of Shyield LLC, a global cybersecurity and counterintelligence company specializing in penetration testing, leaked-credential monitoring, and dark-web research. In 2023, he co-founded The Biz Dev Team, connecting businesses and property owners with alliance partners providing energy-efficiency and business solutions.

Jason’s wider interests have included real estate, commercial finance, industrial services, and business networking. He founded Landing Big Whales during the pandemic, building its international community around his trademarked Spiderweb Effect™ methodology. He also founded and chaired the International Resource Group, which brought business leaders together with domestic and international investors.

His previous ventures include an ownership interest in Erosion Control Systems Inc., which he exited successfully in 2017, and an investment in Team Brothers Industrial Services LLC. Team Brothers grew into a million-dollar business during its first year before closing following the death of Jason’s business partner from COVID-19.

With more than 18 years of experience in real estate and residential and commercial finance, Jason reports having funded or participated in more than $80 million in closed transactions since 2014, connected to projects valued at more than $2 billion.

His recognitions include being named to the Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2014, receiving a Championship Broker award, and receiving a proclamation from the Mayor of Houston for his community efforts.

Although Jason’s interests span several industries, they share a common thread: building structures that protect businesses, create opportunity, and help the people around them become stronger.
