Abul Hassan

Abul Hassan is the kind of person who seems to measure success not by how far the company has grown, but by how much stronger the people around him have become.

Steady, solution-oriented, and naturally inclined to earn trust through what he delivers rather than what he says about himself, Abul has a way of making people feel like partners rather than clients. He does not simply deliver a solution and move on; he sits with the problem, learns the business, and builds something that fits the people who will actually use it. Someone who conducted a training session at one of Abul's own ventures watched him sit in alongside his staff with the same level of enthusiasm as everyone else in the room and called him "a wonderful person to do business with," noting that loyalty and ethics are his highlights. That instinct for care and craftsmanship runs through everything Abul does. He planted his roots in Chennai, a city known as much for its deep-rooted traditions and close-knit communities as for being one of India's largest technology hubs. He started with two people and grew what is now Ciranta IT Services into a global consulting firm, wearing every hat along the way: marketer, business analyst, developer, team leader, project manager, solution architect. His work has crossed ERP implementation, digital transformation, application development, and open-source consulting, serving companies ranging from global shipping lines to India's largest jewelry retailer. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer at Maxari EV. But the work always sits inside the portrait of who Abul is, not the other way around. He recently sat for his Odoo 18 certification after years of real-world implementations, joking that it "felt a bit funny being back in exam mode after all these years." The credentials were never the point. The learning was, and it still is.

He is the kind of leader who builds something from the ground up and never loses the humility of those early days. He can think at the level of enterprise architecture without losing sight of the person sitting across the table, and that balance helps explain why so much of his work ultimately comes back to the same idea: understanding what someone actually needs and making sure they walk away stronger than when they came in.
